NextImport provides import intelligence workflows, including product trend discovery, prediction insights, budget-oriented recommendations, product tracking, and subscription-based dashboard capabilities. Features may evolve over time as the platform improves.

3. Accounts and Security

You agree to:

• Keep your credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account where permitted by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
• Automated scraping or extraction beyond approved product functionality.
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with platform availability.

5. Insights and Decision Responsibility

Product recommendations, trend indicators, and AI-assisted outputs are informational tools. They are not guarantees of demand, profitability, supplier quality, shipping outcomes, or legal import compliance. You remain responsible for your business and purchasing decisions.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Plan Changes

Paid features require an active subscription plan. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Pricing and plan details are shown on the applicable pricing or subscription pages.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
• Recurring plans renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• We may suspend or limit paid features if payment is overdue, reversed, or disputed.
• Taxes and applicable transaction fees may be added where required.

7. Intellectual Property

NextImport, including its software, branding, interfaces, and original content, is protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms.

8. User Content and Inputs

You retain rights to information you submit to the platform. You grant NextImport a limited license to host, process, and display that information solely to deliver and improve services. You confirm you have rights to submit the content you provide.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable availability, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may modify, pause, or discontinue specific features to improve performance, security, or compliance.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially breached, if abuse is detected, or where required for legal and security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, NextImport is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextImport and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextImport from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where NextImport operates, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes To These Terms
